60 ml Aperitivo Villa Cardea
90 ml Prosecco DOC Perlino
30 ml Soda or Sparkling Water
1 Orange Slice

Fill a stem glass with ice. Pour in three parts Prosecco and add two parts Aperitivo. Top with one part Soda and garnish with a slice of Orange.


30 ml Bitter Villa Cardea
30 ml Vermouth Rosso Perlino
“Splash” of Soda
½ Slice of Oranges
1 Lemon Peel and Ice

Fill an old-fashioned glass with lots of Ice and pour in order the Bitter, the Red Vermouth and a Splash of Soda. Garnish with an Orange Slice and a Lemon Peel.

Limoncello & Tonic

50 ml Limoncello Villa Cardea
150 ml Tonic Water
lots of Ice Cubes
Lemon Peel
Garden Mint or Fresh Basil Leaves

Pour the Limoncello and Tonic Water in a large stem glass. Add lots of Ice Cubes and decorate with Lemon Peel and a few Leaves of Garden Mint or Fresh Basil.

Amaretto Sour

50 ml Amaretto Villa Cardea
30 ml Lemon Juice
15 ml Cane Sugar Syrup Mixer
Orange, Small Slices
Ice Cubes and 1 Cherry

Pour the Amaretto, the Syrup, the Lemon Juice and the Ice Cubes into a shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into a low tumbler and decorate with Orange Slices.
